Time input is now consistent across the system
Time input interpretation has been harmonised across the system. You may need to double-check your sequences for correctness of time arguments to TOPE commands. When a time argument is passed to a TOPE command (e.g. tcsend or utope::processtmpacket), the system will interpret it in the following order:
raw archive time (nanoseconds from the 1970 epoch)
double OBT (seconds and subseconds from the spacecraft epoch)
user format TM/dateTimeFormat setting
To be recognised as a double (OBT), there must be a decimal point, otherwise the number will be interpreted as an integer (raw archive time).
