We are very excited to present you our new site. At first, we want to provide you at least the same possibilities you had with our old site. We aim then at enhancing your experience as customer and add more features as time will go by.
Let me first give you a little tour of what we have been cooking for you the past months:
Your personal account gives you access to the software you have purchased along with its latest documentation, and latest installers. Manage your licenses and the machines to which they are allocated.
It all starts with clicking the login link located at the top right of your browser window or clicking the license menu link.
Software applications can be downloaded in the licenses section. Click the menu link at the top of your browser window.
Allocating a new license is as simple as creating a new row on the list of workstations. Click the “New” button to start. This button will be there only if the following two conditions are met:
On the pop up window, fill in the requested information. Be sure to select the right range of software release number to generate the right license key. From CCS /TSC and uNIS release 1.0.28154, the license is generated differently. For your convenience, this release will accept both the old and new keys. This may stop at the following release.
Who can remember MAC addresses? Labels help you remember which license key corresponds to which workstation. Labels can be set any user having the license administrator role. However, only one distinct label can be set per license key, visible by all users,not linked to any user specifically.
Adding or editing a label is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
On the row to which you wish to add a label:

You can deallocate one license at a time by clicking the “bin” icon at the end of a corresponding row.
If you need to deallocate more than one license, simply check the checkbox at the start of the corresponding row and click “deallocate selected” at the bottom of the table.
